Berwick Museum & Art Gallery will be open during the schools’ autumn half-term. Saturday 22 October – Sunday 30 October 2016 11.00am – 4.00pm each day. The exhibition of nearly all of the Burrell Collection paintings will still be on display, and there will be children’s activities arranged during the week. On Saturday 22 October, The Big Draw comes to Berwick and there will be arts and crafts activities on that day.

Berwick Literary Festival takes place from 20th to 23rd October 2016. One of the numerous events on offer is a talk by archivist Linda Bankier entitled *Hidden Treasures and Inspiration – Tales from Berwick Archives”.
