CRAIK – At Edinburgh Royal Infirmary (following an operation), on August 14th, Grace Craik, of 1 Low Greens, Berwick, widow of the late Andrew Craik, ironfounder, aged 89 years.

Re Grace Craik, deceased.
Pursuant to the Act of Parliament of the 32nd and 23rd Viet, c. 35, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all the Creditors and other persons having any DEBTS, CLAIMS or DEMANDS against the Estate of GRACE CRAIK, late of 1 Low Greens, Berwick upon Tweed, widow, deceased (who died on the 13th day of August 1921, and whose will was proved in the Newcastle upon Tyne Registry of the Probate Division of his Majesty’s High Court of Justice on the 23rd day of November, 1921, by the Executors therein names) are hereby required to send in their particulars of their debts, claims or demands to us the undersigned the Solicitors of the said Executors on or before the 28th February, 1922, after which date the said Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard to the claims and demands of which they should have had notice; and they will not be liable for the assets of the said deceased and any part thereof, so distributed to any person or persons of whose debts, claims or demands, they shall then not have had notice.
